Anne represents men and women in all areas of family and domestic relations law. In her over 30-year legal career, she has represented business professionals, executives and business owners; stay-home spouses and parents; skilled tradesmen; individuals in the healthcare, manufacturing and service industries; students; service members of our armed forces; and individuals with disabilities. She has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of premarital and prenuptial agreements. She assists families and individuals who are experiencing changes in the family structure, including a dissolution of their marriage (divorce); requests to establish, enforce and/or change custody and parenting time (visitation) of children; third-party requests for visitation and/or custody of children; and the establishment, modification and enforcement of child support and education orders.
